30-Day Return Window
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to Start a Return
Email us at returns@prolaceusa.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Exchanges
Want a different size or style? We'll process exchanges at no extra cost. Exchanges ship within 3 business days of receiving your return.

Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Final Sale Items
Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are final.
